What we do
If your building has stored water, you have a legal duty to manage the risk of Legionella. We carry out risk assessments, take samples for lab analysis and keep temperature monitoring routines running, so the risk stays controlled and the paperwork proves it.
Where an assessment finds a problem, we fix it. Remedial works, disinfection and re-testing are handled by the same team, so nothing falls between contractors.
